Construction has started on a new 644,000-square-foot, two-building business center in Sunnyvale, Texas. General contractor Bob Moore Construction has teamed up with developers Brian Flaherty and Eric Langford along with Alliance Architects on the Sunnyvale Business Center, situated between Belt Line Road and Collins Road at the southeast corner of US 80 and Planters Road.

The business hub will consist of Building 1 at 294,320 square feet and Building 2 at 349,440 square feet. Strategically positioned near LBJ Freeway and major routes to DFW Airport and I-20, the complex promises visibility from US 80 and access to a strong industrial workforce. The facility will provide 36' clear height, ample truck courts, landscaping, easy access, wide column spacing, ESFR sprinklers, and striking architecture to attract tenants.
